It is important to note that sildenafil does not produce an erection immediately and sexual stimulation is required for the drug to work.

HOW IT WORKS

Sildenafil citrate works by increasing the blood flow in penis their by causing a long and sustained erection. Male erection is achieved when a chemical named NO (Nitrous oxide) is produced in the male penis which intern activates an enzyme called ‘guanylate cyclase’. This guanylate cyclase converts a naturally occurring chemical in the body called GTP into C-GMP and this C-GMP is responsible for erection. Sildenafil deactivates the enzyme PDE-5 which is responsible for breaking GMP. 


DOSAGE

Fildena 150 mg Tablet may be taken on an empty stomach or with a meal. You should take about 1 hour before you plan to have sex. The amount of time it takes to work varies from person to person, but it normally takes between 30 minutes and 1 hour. This medicine will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. However, it should not be taken more than once a day.


SIDE EFFECTS

The following could be Fildena 150 mg side effects which may be mentioned as a few:

  • Headache

  • Flushing

  • Bleeding in the Nose

  • Diahhorea or Indigestion

  • Sleep Disturbation

  • Numbness in arms and/or feet

  • Painful Urination

  • Ringing or buzzing sound in ears

  • Chest pain

PRECAUTIONS 

  • Only one dosage per day should be consumed

Keep it out of the reach of children and pets. Always store the medicine in its original packing only.

 

WARNING 

This medicine is not for women and men below 18 years of age should also stay away from the medicine. If you have any heart related disease, please consult your doctor before taking the medicine. Do not take more than 1 dose in 24 hours as over dose may cause and adverse effect on your health.
